Its a 90 2wd Toyota pick-up with a 4 speed. What should I charge to put it in. Not a shop just a backyard guy trying to buy race car parts lol.

The 2wd's are really simple on a Toyota. I changed one in about 2hrs w/lift.

I always assume it's charity when something comes to me instead of a dealership. All I was saying is that I could do that job in less than ONE hour (done it a few times) so $100 would be fine. I don't know that guys skills so I guess we should have said something like $75-100 an hour. Of course I only charged a guy $50 to change the plugs in his 2001 F-150 because it only took me about 35 minutes instead of the 2 hours that a Ford dealership was going to charge him.

how bad does that job suck?

A boy I hired last summer to do some odd jobs took 8 hours to change the spark plugs on my Duramax work truck. Yes, I know, no spark plugs. but he didn't know that. hehehe lol! I told him at about 5:00pm.

I heard the 5.4 tritton is a biscuit to change the plugs on. There, I've been chewing Orbit sugar free gum so I don't have a dirty mouth anymore. I want to swear but I don't need to have a talking to from a mod.

they are not that bad. you just need to figure out which way to lay on the engine to reach everything. the front 6 are fairly easy and the back passenger is not bad but the driver side bolt that holds the coil pack down is under the fuel rail so it takes a little time to get the little screw out.
