Incredible talent and vision right there!!!!! On these types of projects one has to work from the finished aspect backwards to even start the project. Many times a big undertaking like this never gets finished and turns into more than a lifetime project.

I sincerely mean you are an incredible craftsman, an inspiration to many not only from the quality of work but the drive that it takes to follow through and come full circle to completion. It's getting close now and I cant wait to see this thing finished.

I agree with what both you and Travis said. You are both incredible fabricators and I can only aspire to the vision and craftsmanship you guy's put out

    Chassis paint is a dark metallic bronze that looks black in the shade.


     The boys really pulled the rabbit out of the hat on this one. They double gunned it with no light spots and no runs. If you have ever painted tubing you know what a pain in the butt it can be.  


     The bronze shows well in the sun.


      It goes together real well with the burnt bronze cerakote --- bronze anodized aluminum --- and of course the Wimbledon white.

It is looking awesome! Are you experiencing the power outages that are all over in Nor Cal?

21:49:25Thank you.  -------  Yes we were involved in the utility shutdown. We were fortunate as our area only lasted 24 hours without power. It did disrupt things for about a week though and some people panicked made runs on grocery stores and gas stations. For people that have lived around here for awhile it was no big deal. There are some of us around here that know what bad is, we live on the eel river. Google 1964 flood eel river.  It completely isolated this area for quite some time.

 The shut down happened around 1am while we were asleep.

It is for a 4.5" stroke 557 that was never even started. When it was balanced there were a couple of shallow lighting holes drilled in the flex plate and TCI would not recertify it. Replicate the lightening holes in a new flexplate.

Any hints or renderings of the design or lettering? I never used to like naming a car but have grown more open to it with the rebirth of recreating the past now. I've been contemplating myself lettering an old 60s era car and naming it "Noise Pollution". I also really like an old altered wheelbase 55 chevy from back in the day that was called "Strictnine"... . Which was a popular brand of rat poison....lol.... I remember my great grandfather having that stuff around the farm.
