C6 R Servo question. Empty C6 R Servo question.

I have my trans out because of a 2/3 shift flair that was getting bad. The pan had just alittle bit of black material in the bottom like what someone would put pepper eggs. My question is how tight should the R servo be to move in the bore? I cant pull it out with my fingers, I have to some leverage to get it out. Should it be this tight?

the spring should pop it out of the bore in the case ,if not it's too tight!!! and don't use the sonnax springs as there to light ,use a stock Ford spring with .135" or thicker wire
