wondering what i need to torque head studs on c460 heads using only the ten original 460 studs block is not drilled for the other 8. thanks for any help

What brand? And why not tap the additional holes?

arp if not mistaken. do not have tools to do that job

135# w/oil on the 9/16" works for me .
