intake bolts snafu

So I am replacing my intake manifold gaskets on my 92 F-250 With a 460 with EFI. while I was taking the bolts out I was happy thinking they all looked to be the same length. when I went to clean things up I noticed they are not the same length. Anyone know where the longer bolts go into? Or a diagram? Any help would be appreciated. Sure was a lot of hoses n wires and such! not 1970,s technology that's for sure.

From my recollection the longer ones are typically the vertical ones

+1 Longer bolts straight down , shorter bolts angled.

I felt kind of dumb, I had even thought about them being different lengths like water pump bolts.i should have set them out in a row like they came out.
