1994 351w f150 engine

1994 351w f150 engine Empty 1994 351w f150 engine

I have had a handful of people want the electronics and engine. What is it all worth?

I had thought about keeping the engine and changing it over to carbureted and put it in the 84 f150. Or if it's possible put the efi parts, automatic transmission in the 84?

As far the 351w it will bolt right up to the 300 trans just change the flywheel and engine stands change the intake to carb.

The dizzy will have to be changed over to a durospark also

I'd rather keep the 84 all mechanical! That way if we are ever in a nuclear war it will still crank and run after the EMP blast are over!!

about forgot about the timing cover I don't think on the 94 it has a cover place over the manual fuel pump location so you would have to change the fuel pump to electric or change timing cover to one with the fuel pump opening

Looks like a 351W distributor and plug it in. Use the 6cyl coil. I would leave the 6 alone, they are very good engines and make a lot of lowend power.

No, in all seriousness I really do like the 300i6 I just hate to sale the 351 out of the 94. Never know when you might need it.

I have a couple of go fast parts for the 300. I have a set of efi exhaust manifolds, HD exhaust manifold, turbonectics 57mm turbocharger and a complete efi intake system with injectors.

The original plan years ago was to turbocharge the 300 and run a standalone EFI unit on the factory intake.

Is that 351W the roller block and if so do you know if it is standard bore? Been looking for one...

The engine has 398,000 miles on it and supposedly never rebuilt. It's making some clicking noises ever so often and it sounds like lifters.

The man that had the truck had been trying to get Ford to trade him for a new truck and put it on display. The truck is in great shape for 400,000 miles! I have thought about refreshing the brakes and trying to get some more miles out of the truck.
