strange 10 ways

I have strange 10 way adjustable shock/struts on my 94 mustang bracket car. Roughly 3300 lbs, teamz tube k and front suspension, 175# coilovers, rear is unkown uppers and megabite jr lowers with eibach drag springs and airbag right side. What should i set the front and rears to as far as shocks go?

I have my fronts full loose and rears full soft. Seemed to slow up the '60 any other way. However on a friends sb radial car he has his fairly stiff and it worked out very well.
