Certainly NOT inexpensive.

We are still "finding our way" with this new engine. It is a 598 Pro-Filer headed unit. The May 17-18 weekend of the Ford race at U.S. 60 Dragway was the first time out with the new engine. She was runner-up at the Jegs Quick 32 race in Indiana at Lyons E.T. Dragway, and Joliet was only our fourth race with it. So,,,,the other qualifying runs were with one stage of nitrous and this Q3 session was the first time we turned on the second stage. We had not lowered the wheelie bar far enough, and the track was "hooking". When the second stage came on .........you know the rest of the story.
