have started to put our eliminator604 together, as we obtained this block 2nd hand , still unused, with no touque/tension specs. any advice on crank cap tensions would be a great help, we have replaced the No1/No5 cap outer bolts with studs, we are running 6thou main bearing clearance and planed 80psi with 25w/50 . any advice is more than welcome

It's likely that someone here will have the torque specifications. If not, you can always contact Eliminator Products via telephone or through their website.

Assuming your rod clearances are also along the lines of your posted main bearing clearances: 20W-50 won't be adequate and most people running such high horsepower engine programs with similar bearing clearances are using engine oil coctails that historically have been single-viscosity 60-wt or 70-wt.

main studs 1 to 5 125 lb/ft
side bolts 2 3 4 105 lb/ft
side bolts 1 & 5 90 lb/ft

Max clearance that I've been running is .0045 to .005 with a 70 weight oil

I just scoped out the Tech sheet that Eliminator supplies with the blocks.

They call for 110 on the 1/2" studs - inner......80 on the 1/2" outer bolts and 60 for the 7/16" outer bolts on the front and rear. This is with oil.....

The 6 thousanths seems a little on the loose side. We typically like them closer .004"

If you need a scanned copy of the sheet, send me a PM
Thanks,
Keith

You need to reconsider your clearances on that kind of application.
