1970 t-bird fanatic

hey guys. I'm new to almost all this i'm basically a motor moron. but i am obsessed with my 1970 thunderbird. its got the sweet 429 and i wanna start from scratch with it. nothin crazy but i want it to jump like my fathers befor. its a sentimental car. he had the 1970 4 door with a boss 429. and i wanna build my big baby up to that kinda power. but still keep her quiet. i dont want anyone to know what i got hidden under the hood. i know alot of what i read is about boosting the muscle and eventually i will with my pick up. but my bird comes first and i just want some tips on upgrades for my engine and drivetrain.
