I've been dealing with Broader performance. Jay is a good guy to deal with. Good luck

Hmm, I deal with him for the trans stuff. Didn't think about him for converters. Does he do the full race converters?

Yes, just did a 5500 spragless 10" for our C6. In our mud race truck. Bought a trans from him as well. Haven't had a chance to test convertor yet. Waiting on axles. But if it's off, get one restall within a year of purchase

Nice. I have been looking a Coan because they are 30 minutes down the road from me, but Jay's prices are significantly better (at least on the website). I filled out his form and will see what he says.

Our convertor was 680$. My buddy got one of his C6 in his truck and is impressed. 2 years of coming off the t brake at 5000 rpm. Still works flawless.

Nick1963 here blew up his first converter and then switched to Coan.
He's running 720HP or more and going boosted. He seemed happy and you can't beat "30 minutes down from me" for service with a stick. I would much rather be a walk in customer instead of a mail in one, if there was ever an issue myself.

Agreed, I am the same way. Coan wants $1400 for their converter. But the ability to walk in is worth aLOT!

^ I am not sure which one Nick got. Maybe you could ask him?

It was a big price difference then the one you may be looking at.

You can't go wrong with Coan. Greg at FTI does a great job. Many choices out there.

I ended up ordering one from Jay at Broader after several emails and a phone call. He is a little more conservative with his recommendations, but what he is saying makes sense.

I had my bte converter re-stalled and put a ten ellement diode in with UCC. Stall speed was dead on and picked up 3mph. VERY happy with the results!
