Ford race at US60 June 9-10 2017

The Ford Memorial Race will be June 9-10 2017 at US60 in Hardinsburg,Ky. So far Keith Fulp Motorsports is back as a sponsor. I have to get with Lem and Phillip on how they want to sponsor. I have talked to Phillip Oakley and he has offered to have the Thursday night get together at his shop instead of the Roadhouse. A meal will be catered. We thought this would be nicer to allow everyone to mingle and talk rather than setting at individual tables. I will have more info to come. Just trying to get the dates out there. Friday T and T, Saturday morning race. Along with their normal programs at night. Also Friday we will leave the scoreboards off and you would get your timeslips only. That way if you want to call someone out and grudge match you can. For fun or money. Also bring your parts for sale and put them by your trailers. Wes

Anyone know if the strip has an oven? I can bring some Hoosier Pies. They are pre baked but would just need warmed up.

Since Bozelle plans to do some cooking too.... I will do NC style BBQ/pulled pork sammiches starting around lunchtime. I am sure there will be plenty enough to go on into the evening depending on whenJohn does his jambalaya. We got several months to get it planned and ironed-out, so those that want to chip in with drinks, chips, buns, $$, etc, just let me know. If there is anyone coming from or through the Owensboro area, grab a pie from Reids Orchard. One of the best Apple pies I have EVER had (don't tell my mom lol). My wife and daughter agreed. lol.

We will try to be there with our 98 Roush Mustang, hopefully will still be together. or back together, lol. Maybe my bro and his boys will have their's back together after a nasty accident caused by a broken crankshaft. If I knew how to post some photos I would or if someone could post for me.
