This house is 4 blocks North of where we live now. Larger lot, larger house (3200 sq.ft.), closer to the school, we got a screaming, screaming deal on it. No shop, but there is plenty of room in back for one and still have nice backyard. I'm thinking a steel building this time around. That last stick building took too long for me to build.
My wife called it a 'forever' house.... I said "Where do I sign?"

i hope you got it inspected. my foundation is going to crap... hope you dont have any major issues like i do... houses can definitely be money pits... and they take away from our other money pits, lol
