Wanted - 460/C6 Block to Bellhousing Spacer Plate

The Block to Bellhousing spacer plate I have from my 4-speed/Lakewood bellhousing setup, doesn't match up with the holes for my C6. It also doesn't have the inspection cover cutout to tighten up the converter nuts. If anyone has one laying around they want to sell, please let me know. I wish I would have tried that spacer I have earlier, because I was hoping to drop my engine and trans in the Fairlane on Monday.

If no one closer to you offers one, I have a couple auto trans plates on the garage wall. $30.00 and whatever shipping is. Couldn't weigh much.

Its in the mail Pat, should see it in a couple days, hope it will fit, it was trimmed for a tube car, with your skills, I'm sure you will make it work.

Let me know when you get it, it won't look bad, just hope it is wide enough, might have to have a couple tabs welded on each side to bolt to.

Hey Pat,drag that Fairlane over to Norwalk, alot of us will be there.

Still putting it together Rick, and not sure when I'll be done. I want to get to a local track afterwards, to figure everything out before any road trips.

I hope that spacer doesn't need that much work Harold. Did you mail it in an 8 x 10 envelope with 3 stamps? If I have to mess around with welding it, I'll take the next guy in line's offer for one that doesn't need that. It didn't come as of today.

I'm glad you posted that Harold, because I was thinking how someone could FUBAR a spacer plate. That makes sense why you had to shorten what you had. I will hang on to it, and give it back to you at the next Bash or when we meet up again somewhere else. If you need it back before then, I'll mail it back. Thanks again for helping me out AGAIN!

Harold, my Dad called me and said your mid plate arrived. He opened it up, not knowing it is a midplate, and says, "Pat, I don't think this is a spacer plate, it's about half the size". I explained to him what you wrote earlier. I'll check it out when I go over his house tomorrow. I'm staying home tonight, and getting ready for the 1st game of the Mets-Braves series. I can't wait!

Pat, did you get what you needed?

Not yet Harold, but I PM'd Dan and he was going to try and get it out today. I know he's been busy with his stuff.

I have one that came with a motor I bought along with some truck cast iron manifolds if anybody has any use for them. If you need the plate I can ship it today.
