Rear main seal ? Empty Rear main seal ?

Getting ready to reassemble the 533 turbo motor what rear main is prefered with a A460 block is the 40032-1 felpro ok?
Also what is the prefered torqing of the mains sequence and torque steps. Thanks for any help.
