BBF oil pans in bullnose trucks

I've run this truck with a Ford truck pan and a Canton rear sump pan (15-770). Would like to switch to a Kaase oil pump which is slightly longer. Has anyone done this, and if so, what did you do to get oil pan clearance on the crossmember?
