I have one of these bells as well from a 1986 F350 truck. Just bought it for a 1978 460cid that i'm mounting a big block toploader to.
Toploader mounts perfect. Also the trans that was on the truck this bell came from was a T19.
So this pattern is a pretty standard Ford pattern.

Some of the F250/350's came with a ZF 5 speed manual transmission. This is likely what the bell is for.
