Cam

Hi guys , newbie here, in the UK, just got myself a 429 /c6, stripped out and found a new cam in there , end numbers are 112880 416321 & 116044 , all these stamped on end anyone have any idea what this cam could be ? going for full rebuild to go in my 57 truck , hope to have a bit of strip time as well looking at the edelbrock rpm kit, any other ideas welcome , also who do most of you buy parts from in the states , cheers .
