Looking for a 750 carb with adjustable air bleeds vacuum secondary's and automatic kick down lever.

Look at the Quick Fuel Slayer series, SL750VS, inexpensive, and has all that you stated. Or the HR780VS, a bit more money, but has metering blocks on both ends.
