I had Oakley Motorsports build me a 598ci bbf. They are great to work with and know their sh??t . The car in my avatar is the one with the 598, had it since high school. Ran 6.30 in the 1/8 with the original sb cleveland now runs 5.50. this is at my local track that is a road race track that is not preped that great. I also think the dyno they use is light on the hp as i am still getting the chassis to work with all this power. Motor runs on meth and makes 954hp at 6400, 833tq at 5600. Car is a ladderbar with me in it at 3100lbs. Love it guys, Thanks.

Hi Windsor, this motor is about five years old. Its build was the same as alot on this forum. a460 block a460 heads out of the box with trickflow intake. I think its the best bang for your dollar.

10-4. They are a nice motor combo for sure and I’m doing very similar.

Compression and cam?

Compression is 14 to 1, intake is .860 exhaust .850. I only leave the starting line at 4000 rpm, with good weather and up starting line rpm i think it will run in the 5.30 range.

What do you guys on here think, can i still find more in the chassis. It is only a ladderbar car.
