Header wrap, over heatshield?

Header wrap, over heatshield?

I know header wrap is controversial on cast manifolds, but what is your thoughts of wrapping around the heatshield? I am thinking it eliminates most contact that would hold moisture om the manifold, and would still be beneficial on lowering under hood temps. It may not have the same effectiveness as direct to pipes, but would have its place for people that have breathers pulling air from under the hood, protecting spark plug wires to an extent, etc.
Thoughts? Ceramic coating may be too pricey for some people.

Personally ... sending them to Swain Tech to be coated with their "White Lightning" coating would be my first choice.
