Main Bearing Question Empty Main Bearing Question

I have a old A460 block. I'm using Federal Mogul bearings.  Is there an issue with the hole circled? Does that need to be drilled out?
What bearings does everyone run for the mains?
And does anyone have the rear main oil seal part number?

Cam bearing gallery at #1 main? If so, it's not an issue.

No issue what so ever. That hole can be completely blocked and there will be no issue.
