rocker geometry

I was checking to see how the rockers were riding on the valves & they are riding off to one side. They are c9ve heads with screw in studs,guide plates & 1.7 roller rockers. Is the 1.7 rockers the issue or what should I check?

Loosen the studs a tad and try shifting the guidplate around and see if they center up.
