Hey Ken, I'm planning on going, but I just remembered I need to go get my passport... Now I have to pay extra and have it expedited so I can get it in time... Procrastination gets ya nowhere I guess... Hope to see ya there...

The elevation is one of the things that will make it worth the trip. Think 9's...

A couple guys have told me that sometimes with the right atmospheric conditions they've seen the D/A as low as -300 ft !
I'm trying to get there Doug...I've started canvasing support from my sponsors.

Got my room booked at the Best Western in Mission tonight . My sponsors have graciously stepped up and are covering the cost of the trip ! Here comes a couple runs at sea level
I've stocked up my jet kit. My 1000 cfm Hp is currently jetted 94 square. My motor tuner, Toma @ Dynomotive.ca suggested starting with 2 sizes bigger once I get to Mission.

Doug you better start 10 sizes bigger from where you are now.
From the altitude you normally run at there is no oxygen

Thanks Blake, and 10-4 on the jetting... I think I have the axles covered OK... I already put 35 spline axles and spool in it... I'm still waitin' for my passport to get here... Guess it's a good thing I paid extra to have it expedited... It's only going on 3 weeks... My buddy and his wife just went the normal route and got theirs in 2 weeks, there's our government for ya...
