adjustable fuel regulator installed on stock Ford SD fuel rails

Hey gang,
Stupid question time. I noticed on the stock 1995 7.5 EFI fuel railes, the stock fuel regulator mounts to a triangle mounted plate on the fuel rail. All the aftermarket adjustable fuel regulators I see are mounted with a nipple. Is there an adapter commercially available for adapting that factory triangle plate to a nipple styles so I an install a adjustable fuel regulator. Second, is there a commercially available pipe T so I can also mount a fuel pressure gauge next to it easily so I can properly adjust the fuel pressure?

I'll try to find it, but used a BBK adjustable reg. I believe either Randy M. or Scott J. tipped me off onto it. I thought the app was a 5.0 mustang.
Isn't there a schrader valve already in your stock rail? I seem to remeber my '96 F-250 having this

yes but the fuel regulator is a seperate mount on a triangle plate at the return line conmnection.
