Wanted, junk head for welding headers in a car. Original Boss 429 head or one of the copies with stock exhaust bolt pattern. babybolt at rocketmail dot com or PM.

I have a DAMAGED c9ae OEM boss head that is fully assembled with valves installed. NO rockers included. This head can be fixed by welding and re-machining. Price $1,500 ? as is.

I appreciate your offer, but I am only looking for a junk head or two. $1500 isn't far away from $2000-2500 for a new aftermarket head.

Kevin Manley has a "leaker" listed on ebay for 200.00. Hope this helps.

11/32 guides,ran these heads on regular block,have external oil drains.
Machined small o-ring groove in head with stainless wire installed in
head and reciever groove in block and used copper head gasket.
