Custom solid flat tappet for nitrous

I'm in the market for a cam to go in my 514. It's 10.5:1 with ported tfs streets, motorsports victor, 1 7/8 headers, 850 4150 (will be switching to dominator) and a plate kit looking to spray 200-300. C6 3500 stall 3.70s 4100 lbs. I want a flat tappet no rollers this is a street truck that is driven a lot. I know a lot of cam grinders on here but not sure who has experience with nitrous use. Looking to go faster then a basically stock old truck should go lol.

For that size N2O shot on occasion, just spec an optimised NA cam. Only thing an N2O cam does is put the bias back in to compensate for exhaust. Typically you don't want an N2O cam unless its a dedicated race application where spray is the norm, and your going to spray in excess of 500hp. Multistage fogger units etc.........

I'm definitely going custom and though it is a street truck it does get sprayed often. It's a big shot plate and I'd like to put a 93 jet through it for sure. It is jetted 82/73 currently with the 466. Looking to step my program up this year.

I can tell you first hand that Blake is straight forward and very easy to deal with, He will hook you up with what works for your combo.

not exactly a real small hit, it will benefit from a custom cam for the application.

Dont get caught up in a "motor" or "nitrous" cam....... it just moves the valves. Give it want the combo wants.

That's why I want the experts to prescribe me what works. It has a 109 ls cam now which is too wide I'm told for nitrous so I'm told. I don't want a turd motor without spray but I want it to pick up nicely on the juice. Ill pm Blake
