Here's the Basics.

DOVE-A 4 Bolt Block .030 Over.
Factory Iron DOOE-R CJ Heads
Factory Iron CJ Intake and QJet
Factory Iron Exhaust Manifolds

The heads........

Factory Door-R castings, bowl blended Flowed 360 CFM on the intakes and 180 CFM on the exhausts w/o a pipe on Mike Phillips SF600

Bronze guide liners installed, new seals and a nice performance valve job.

New Ford Racing SS Valves 2.25 intakes and 1.76 exhausts, A351 Springs, Retainers and Locators.

New comp Cams 3/8 guide plates and ARP Studs.

Factory Head bolts.

what ci will it be?

Been tossing around the idea of getting a 521 kit for it. I did the heads last time in the states and I'm Going to work on this one when I get back this time. Hoping to top off the other 466 I have at bobs to.

Other parts I have for this So Far

Factory aluminum valve covers
Harlin sharp rockers
Factory CJ oil pan, pump and pick-up
Factory non ram air air cleaner

Cool project.

The Factory Qjet, Distributor and Valve Covers are Currenty being restored by High Point Restorations in Georgia. Hopping to pick them up in June.

Daniel Boshears the Owner is a great guy to deal with and he is very meticulate and neat. He does in house Aluminum repairs, carb coloring and all kinds of metal refinishing. I've seen him take rare totaly jacked up aluminum intake manifolds and Transmission cases, that are corroded, broken, cracked and abused and have them looking like new.

Love the concept. Have played around with a Q-jet on my junk a little bit. It actually ran pretty good. I'll be following along so post up the progress!

The 521 CJ/SCJ is exactly what the '70 Torinos needed

This one should be on the dyno on my next rotation home. Probably January.

Ended up putting the 428 for my merc on the dyno..... Has some lifter issues...

Looking forward to hear how this progresses.

Its on the back burner, probably won't have anymore on it for quite awhile.

My 2013 EMC project is ahead of this.
