My BBF F100..lots of pics

Thought I would post some pics of my F100. Ill cut to the good stuff and start at the engine install.





It really was not that dark, it was dusk tho. Flash made it look darker.



Motor set in.

Birds nest...was able to get rid of it finally. The baby birds left.



Transmission is a C6 from a 1975 Lincoln Continental.

Motor is a 460 with d3 heads, factory intake, Motorcraft spreadbore to Holley square bore adapter. Holley 3310 carb.

Cam is a Summit cam, specs
204/214 at 050, 262/272 adv. duration 479/504 lift

Headman headers 89140

Rebuilt bottom end, stock compression ratio. Nothing crazy, just a fun motor for daily driving.

cool deal makes me want to put a 460 in my 76 f250

Im hoping Ill have 300 hp at least.

did that nest get sucked in the snorkel or did you finally serve those birds an Eviction Letter? haa.......nice truck clean it up a lil to match that motor!

Comin' along nicely. Gotta love the BBF powered trucks. Can't wait to see it completed.

Nice job there Tim. I really dig the black V/C's and water pump. Should be a fun truck to play with and use for hauling stuff around.
