To much time on my hands LOL no just killing time and cutting weight my goal is 2600lbs with me if it get lighter the better I got the door to with in 2 lbs of a glass door still have a lot of cutting to do on the inside got to make room for the steam rollers 33x16x15 the tire in there now is a 275x60x15=28x11.5x15 then i have to streach the quarters to.

10-4 on the swiss cheese!! It all adds up, little here and a little there and next thing you know you've dropped 100lbs. Cutting all the inner panels will drop many lbs, with a full cage, the body is just a wrapper anyway!!

You can remove the window frame as well, make a new frame out of chromoly tubing to support lexan windows, saves a bunch more. That's what we did before we finally went to 'glass doors on our '93.

Well picked up the chassis kit I know why didnt i do it my self the price was right and im going to put my twist to it.

Not it a s&w kit that im putting my twist on.

Are you going to chop the rest of the inner body structure out (like the inner rockers, inner roof, & the inside of the A/B/C pillars)? If you chop out the inner pillars you can re-bend what's left of each pillar's deep window frame/flange & make them only an 1/8" deep to flush mount the window flange/frames for Lexan. That way you won't have to use a bunch of that spacer crap & long screws to flush mount the Lexan.
