timing advance (stock distributor)

I’m looking for some stock timing information which obviously can’t be found on the www.
I’ve converted my ´85 F250 w 460 to full EFI package to get some better gas mileage on the daily use.
The information I’m looking for is the original Distributor Advance Specifications for the (standard) part number E3HE-12127-BA with Single Vacuum Advance D3AZ-12370-C which was installed on my truck from the plant.
Im pretty sure this information can be found in shop manuals but before I purchase a shop manual I wanted to ask you guys.

I have not looked at my shop manual in awhile but, I don't recall it having that information. It will likely show this.

Here is a good link with the the mechanical slot information and much more. The hex vacuum canisters are adjustable.

FWIW I pulled our 1980 3 volume Ford Light Truck Service Manuals and it did not contain that kind information.
Does your 1985 have 2 smog pumps?
