Anyone using this, C6 Low Drag Gear Set with bearings, wide ratio planet gear sets?

I'm rebuilding my 1971 Ford C6 transmission. My engine is a 521 BBF, around 500+ HP. I don't drag race, just want a strong running, street machine. I ran across an article where they recommend installing this kit, for both the better gearing, strength of the planet gears and the low friction aspect. Has anyone done this? If so, are you happy with the results? Thanks!
