Setup for manual brakes but you can buy repop power brake pedal if you a booster.
This will work in 1970 cars as well but is correct for 1969 mustangs and cougars.
Comes with mounting brackets and 1 linkage rod from clutch pedal to Z bar.
Nice and tight unit removed from a car a long time ago. (aka not alot of use)
