date codes DOVE-A

I have a DOVE-A block with 1E207323 stamped on the side of the block, and in the valley CJ3 and OM19
Heads are DOOE-R one has 9J22 the other has 9J25
Can someone tell me the date they were made

The block was cast Dec. 19 1970, one head was cast Sept. 22 1969, and the other one was cast Sept. 25 1969. The longer number on the block is the vin from what ever the engine came from.
