Mighty mite C-4

I have a Dynamic Mighty Mite C-4 Tranny Reverse Pattern with a Transbrake.The problem is when I'm in reverse it feels like the tranny is in a bind. I watched the tach today as I was backing up,The tach was at 3000 RPM before my car would back up.In drive it doesn't seem to have a problem.HAs anyone seen this before in the c-4 before?

If it's a PRObrake,the tbrake button has to be held in while in reverse.

Not the tranny! It was the rear brakes I HAD drum brakes on the rear,They were adjusted 2 tight.Rear disc now LOL

1.22 60 and 9.20 before 1.18 60 and 8.74 after. I leaned on the converter abit more on the launch @3500 and drove it a bit further out the back door.New combo. 930 hp @ 6300 813lb tq @4500 2770 lb car
