Well we are here, BBF hitting the dyno today.

572" P-51 headed, 4150 carb, with a hydraulic roller and 11.5:1 compression

Its not a HP demon, but damn its got the torque !

The team of Freelander Race Engines/ Oakley Motorsports brought a large displacement 385-series big block Ford measuring 572 cubic inches. Topped with a set of Jon Kaase Racing P51 heads the Ford definitely had the stuff to make big power, and seemed to pull effortlessly through the qualifying runs. Big inches deliver big power and the 870 peak horsepower number posted easily eclipsed the field, as did the 815 lb-ft of torque. The Ford’s size was a handicap however when factored for displacement, resulting in a final score of 2514.6

Wow, and they say hydraulic rollers won't work. That's amazing power!

It was electronic fuel infected N/A buy the looks of it. I was afraid that was going to happen when they talked about letting them in. Tons of valve area to bore.

pulls smooth to 7200, but it does have very good parts, you won't get it with the inexpensive lifters.

But if you talk to the GM guys they will tell you Mod Motors don't make any power with out Power Adders.Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
