Injector brand

What is a good brand of injectors to use or are they mostly the same. I have a Holley HPefi unit for my 460, converted victor jr manifold. I looked at the Holley ones as well as I see TFS has a TFX line. They all look the same on the outside so I am assuming this is where experience comes in.

I am thinking 48-55 lb. My app is a 460 ci, TFS streets, comp street roller, vic jr intake, 2" headers in my 56 Ford with a Lentech AOD.

They look the same because most of them are. They are rebranded Bosch. In that size range you really can't go wrong with any of them.

Thanks for the reply. How much can you oversize your injectors. If you need 48's can you use a 60 lb injector and have room for expansion later on?

You can do that. You will just have to trim the tables and possibly sacrifice a little idle quality but the idle may not be effected as much on the smaller injectors like that. When we went from 160's to 225's it did a little.
