alternator bracket w/ electric water pump

Does any one know of an alternator bracket that can be used on a 460 with a electric water pump

Why not use the standard low mount bracket?



There are several aftermarket as well.

I don't run the triangle shaped bracket that attaches to the water pump. Just the 2 bolts with brackets.

Will the low mount bracket work with a serpentien style pulley set up, and where would one might find one? Any pics of th bolts and brackets set up?

What aftermarket companies, I found out the March bracket will not work with an electric water pump. So any other manufactures would b great!!

Depends on which electric pump you will be using.

Using the CSR electric pump.

I drew mine up and had a buddy water jet it out for me. Built the tensioner myself.....got like $35 in the whole deal

Very nice and That link says in big bold letters only works on the stock mechanical pump not an electrical one

He probably missed it when he was giving someone else grief about only being used with a mechanical pump and rolling his eyes.

These kits are not for the electric water pump, but they are very cool looking and work well.
